I am a writer and visual artist whose work centers around freedom, both on the page and in everyday life.

I grew up in the rural Midwest, where wide skies and quiet spaces taught me to pay attention at a young age. The practice of listening followed me through university and into life beyond it. These days, I find myself in motion - gathering moments, questions, and small truths as I move through the world.
